Responsibilities

Create Delightful, User-centric Digital Experiences : Youll be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the UX/I Process, starting from various Research methods, Persona mapping, Architectures and Journey Maps to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to usability testingensuring the vision is brought to life beautifully. Along with the end users of your projects/products, you would be interacting with Business, Market Research, and Technology teams to map the why, what and who of the assignment.

Product Documentation: Documenting the UX discovery processes and research, and writing user stories.

What we are looking for

Strong UX Designer / Researcher profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Min 4+ YOE in UX Design / Research

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have a full-time job in last 2 years (No Freelancers)

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of UX Design works, with UX case studies

Preferred ( Education ) - Design Education (BDes, MDes, BFA, MFA or Similar Design Degrees (No Diploma / Certifications)

Preferred (Company) - Healthcare Industry
