1. Cold Calling

Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

Maintain files and records of clients

Provide customer support and maintain relations with our client

Communicate company products and services via Calling.

Be a self-starter and proactive identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

Ensure reporting and communication which is frequent and bi directional.

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Research

and build relationships with new clients and the existing clients.

Ability to self-motivate.

Provide clients with information about new upgraded technology

Work assigned by the Seniors.
