Paralegal Specialists:

Job Objectives:

The candidate would be individually responsible to:

Independently manage various paralegal activities in all phases of domestic (US) and foreign lifecycles (filing through maintenance/abandonment) for Patents and/or Trademark,

Prepare global prosecution related forms such as filing packages, office action response shells, assignments, Oath and declaration etc.,

Conduct comprehensive IDS audits for entire family and prepare IDS form as required,

Handle all docketing tasks from patent filing to patent grant, validations and renewals for all jurisdictions,

Perform application reviews at time of allowance,

Manage regular follow-ups/reminders with stakeholders for any required information, and

Mentor junior paralegal associates.

Docketing Specialists:

Job Objectives:

The candidate would be responsible to:

Manage all incoming emails and communications to Clients docketing systems in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure Manual as provided by Client,

Assist with overall docketing tasks as needed (., update status, track deadlines, and note non-substantive related communications),

Link/upload documents as directed,

Prepare any docket reports or docket notifications as defined in the SOP Manual or as requested,

Perform routine quality control review of all items in the docketing system to ensure the accuracy of docketing data,

Manage docketing deadlines, sending reminders/follow ups to the appropriate point of contact,

Regularly update the SOP, with input from Client, to reflect changes in the delivery of the Docketing Services or requirements of the Client, and to provide continuous improvement of the Docketing Services,

Train new team members on IP Docketing policies, procedures and technology, and

Act as a mentor to fellow colleagues in terms of subject matter related queries.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree

3-5years of Patent &/or Trademark (US and intern

Experience : 3 - 7 Years
