- check Provided Documents for Any Errors (like Passport, Resume, Education Etc)
- fill Questionnaire Based Upon the Documents
- arrange Documents Logically
- use Acrobat/ Ms Office to rearrange the Documents
- follow-up with Clients as and When Needed
- undertake Internet Based Research for Specific Information
- create Small Write-ups Based Upon Information Provided
- call/ Email Prospective Clients
- use Social Platform for Information Gathering
essential Skills
- great Eye for Detail- You Will Need to Check Same Information from Multiple Sources and Identify Any Discrepancy.
- ms Office You Will Be Using Ms Word/ Ms Powerpoint Etc.
- acrobat You Use Pdf Editor to Combine Various Documents Into One or Convert One Document Into Many Documents
- speed the Turnover Time is One Day/ Two Days So Speed is Important.
preferred Experience
- this Job is with a Visa Consultancy Service.
- similar Experience Will Be Highly Regarded. An Ideal Candidate Would have Worked with An Immigration Consultancy Etc Though It is Not Must.
