thorough Knowledge of all Xyz s Products, Services, and Service Management Processes

education:

Post-secondary Education in It or Related Field

Current Industry Certifications Backed Up with 5 Years Practical Hands On Experience

Up to Date Microsoft Practical Hands On Experience

Strong Network Analysis Skills Ideally in a Cisco Environment

Experience in Server Maintenance (patching, Hardening Etc)

Sql Knowledge Would Be An Advantage

Strong Trouble Shooting and Problem Analysis Skills

Itil V3 Foundation Desirable

Operational Experience in Maintaining Complex It Environments

Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills with Specific Focus On Technical And

operational Documentation.
