Preparing and maintaining Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports

Report to Assistant Manager and ensure all the reports and analysis goes on TAT

Data extraction from Dialer application

Candidate will be responsible for data collection, sorting & generating MIS

Tracking agent wise, TL wise and campaign wise performance

Compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports and sending it to Clients/Operations

Modify the MIS and applications as per needs.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, excellent numerical ability & Analytical skills, Proficient in using email
