Job Description:

1. The tasks a Flour Mill Operator is expected to perform include:

2. Operating grinding machine or mill to grind wheat, gram or other grains into flour or animal feed

3. Setting mill by adjusting roller, according to fineness of grinding desired

4. Feeding grain into feeding bin of mill by hand

5. Observing process, keeping grain moving at regular rate by tapping clogged spouts with hammer and by adjusting gates

6. Examining crushed product periodically by feel of fingers and adjusting roller as necessary

7. Removing flour collected in bag or container at delivery end

8. Cleaning and oiling the machinery

9. Weighing grain and flour, calculating charges and collecting payment of services rendered to the customers

10. Dressing mill stones

Terms:

3. Working hours

4. Companies operates for 6 days a week and 9 hours every day.

5. Shift system applicable.
