The Microbiologist has to conduct microbiological analysis of Raw material and finished product, water and air, cleaning & Sanitation of the equipment. Managing isolation and identification of microbiological contamination in product. Performing analysis of Raw material, packaging material. He has to ensure calibration of the entire process and laboratory equipments. He will have to maintain Traceability record. He will analyse and take necessary actions in case of any problem in the process. He will do microbiological testing as per sampling plan. He should be able to deliver the training to his employees on personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation and Microbiological testing. He should have knowledge of computer skills and should be able to generate the reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
