Purpose of the Job:

To manage the distribution function of the underwriting department & manage the TAT efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Core Underwriting, Managing Underwriting departments key deliverables, Risk Management,

Process improvement and Training of the team.

2. To manage underwriting turnaround time for all New Business and Revival cases

3. Adherence to Turn around time and quality for all underwriting cases and meeting productivity

targets

4. Accomplishment of agreed service deliverables

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate

- Work Experience 5-6 years of total work experience preferably in Underwriting process & Life Asia

system knowledge.

Required Skills: Team leading skills, Coaching and Mentoring skills, Proficiency in data management and

presentation.
