Designation : Manager Manager Mechanical Rotary & Package for EPC company

Qualification : BE Mechanical

Experience :20-27 Years

CTC:Best in Industry

Location :Vadodara

Industry : Oil & Gas,Chemical,Petrochemical,Hydrocarbon,Refinery

Roles:

? Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents. Ensures that

the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained. Familiar with the

Quality/HSE Management system and their procedures

? Ensures timely corrective actions for the identified non-conformities.

? Reviews Clients documents / contract requirements for proper understanding

of requirements for project execution.

? Executes the engineering & design works within budget and schedule.

Preparation of RFQ for Rotary and package item.

? Review of work done by engineer.

? Preparation of engineering deliverables: Material requisition/Request for

Quotation document for Rotary & Package equipment.

? Review and clarification of vendors offer.

? Interface engineering with other disciplines (Process, Piping, Civil, Electrical &

Instrumentation).

? Technical bid analysis by aligning technically vendors offer.

Keyskill:

Should be familiar with codes and standards of ASME, API and ANSI.

? Should have knowledge of API 610, ISO 5199, ANSI for centrifugal pumps and

API 675 for Positive displacement-controlled volume pump, Rotary equipment

packages, Compressor, Blower, Chiller, Cooling Tower, ETP, STP, WTP, Fire Water

Pumps, EOT/ HOT cranes, Air Compressor Package, Nitrogen Generation Package,

Ejector, Agitator, Mixer

? Planning

? Training of engineers.

? Man-hour control.

? Resource planning.

? Support recruitment activities.
