In line with the Indian Government's initiative for local manufacturing, we are excited to announce the opening of our new Semi Knocked Down (SKD) facility in Bhiwandi (Thane), focusing on the assembly of high-quality automotive electronics.

We Are Seeking: An experienced and dynamic Production Manager/Line Supervisor to lead our assembly operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electronics and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the assembly line.

- Ensure the efficient and timely assembly of automotive electronics / small home appliances.

- Implement and maintain quality control standards.

- Train and manage assembly line staff.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.

- Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.

- Maintaining a record of mechanical repairs and adjustments.

Requirement:

- Bachelor- s degree in Electronics or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years- experience in assembly line management, preferably in automotive electronics or small home appliances.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage operations efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
