knowledge of Indian Companies Act, Mines Regulations, and Electricity Laws Infrastructure and Development Regulations.

eligibility:

should have 0-3 Yrs of Experience of the Legal Sector. Candidate with Similar Work Experience On Consulting Side Would Be Preferred.

should have Good Skills in the Quantitative and Analytical Practices Related to the Legal Sector and Should Be Able to Undertake Detailed Financial Modelling, Drafting Contracts Documents Etc.

should Be Able to Handle Projects Independently as When Assigned Including Technical and Financial Matter
