Lead Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

We are looking for a Lead Engineer with extensive Ruby on Rails experience for a full-time position in Trivandrum.

This is a technology leadership role in a venture-funded growing startup, with attractive salaries and excellent growth opportunities for high performers.

Skills and Requirements

Strong skills and experience in Ruby on Rails including building/testing/debugging

Strong Programming, Object-oriented, and design skills

Attention towards good design -- both in terms of engineering and user experience.

Ability to design and implement the technical and deployment architecture

Experience in MySql

Experience managing source repository in a team (git)

Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap

Ability to work with a team to guide and implement product-level enhancements.

Ability to take up challenges, proactively figure out solutions for tough problems and remain unfazed by the difficulties in a startup environment.
