Oversee and Direct the Preparation of Reports that Summarize Business Results (revenue, Expense and Earnings) and Financial Position (balance Sheet and Cash Flow). Coordinate Closely with Any Remote Sites to Ensure Accurate and Timely Financial Reporting from all Operations. Work with the Cfo in Preparing a Robust Financial Reporting Package, Including Insightful Analysis of Key Variances Vs. Budget and Prior Year, for Use By the Executive Team, Investors and Lenders. Lead and Manage the Year End External India Audit Process in Coordination with the Local Finance Teams. Interact Directly with the External Auditors. Work with the Cfo in Maintaining Compliance with the Organization's Bank Credit Agreements Including Financial and Non-financial Covenants Reporting. Champion a Culture of Continuous Improvement. Manage External India Auditors and Ensure Completeness of all Documentation Required for Annual India Audits. Work with Cfo to Prepare Board and Investor Materials. Ensure Cost and Expense Control Procedures are in Place; Analyze Cash Flow and Expenses to Guide the Cfo. Work with other Members of the Finance Team to Support the Cfo and Executive Team On Key Business Decisions. Attends Work On a Regular and Predictable Basis. Completes Assigned Tasks in a Safe Manner and in a Constant State of Alertness. Upholds Company Policies, Including the Professional Conduct Policy and Prohibition Against Harassment Policy, and the Business Ethics and Conduct Code.
