Job Description

Budgeting and Forecasting

Prepare and manage budgets for all facility management projects /

interior Fit Out project and operations.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular

financial reports to senior management.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial strategies to

optimize interior / FMC operations.

Maintain accurate financial records, including income statements,

balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and

other financial reporting requirements.

Prepare and submit financial statements to regulatory authorities and

stakeholders.

ncial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of facility

management contracts and projects.

Evaluate the financial impact of different operational decisions and

provide recommendations.

Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for

improvement.

t and Compliance:

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance

with audit requirements of entire Interior or Facility division.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets

and prevent financial fraud.

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the

company's compliance.

Management:

Analyze and control operational costs, including labour, materials, and

despatch , execution and overhead expenses pertaining to interior

Factory, or FMC projects.

Develop and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining

service quality.

Review contracts and agreements with to ensure they are financially

sound.

Assist in long-term financial planning and forecasting for the facility

management or Interior Fitout company.

Provide financial input for business expansion plans, mergers, and

acquisitions.

Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and investments.
