Candidate Having Msw Degree and Having Almost 10 Years Experience as District Coordinators,

- work Closely with the Field and Database Teams for Smooth Execution of the Trial

- as Data Collection and Deliverables are Target and Time Specific It is Critical to Visualise and Address Delays On Emergency Basis

- overall In-charge for Ds, Cc and Validation of Quality of Research Data Collected By the Team

- directly Accountable for the Research Data Collected and Entered By Both the Teams Under You

specific Responsibilities

- be Clear with Trial Objectives and Outcomes

- work with Integrity and Discipline and Maintain Data Confidentiality

- support, Train and Motivate the Field Team to Deliver Quality Research Data

- hire and Monitor Supervisors and Cluster Coordinators Along with the Hr Department

- organise and Conduct Training for Manuals and Filling Forms- Pilot the Forms, Translate the Forms and Manuals

- developing Tour Plan for Field Teams and Monitor Completion of Work per Team as per the Schedule and Maximize Productivity

- organise Quality Checks as per the Set Norms Laid Out in Data Monitoring Manual

- immediate Communication to Project Coordinator On Data Discrepancies Observed and Reported By the Field Team

- maintain Log Registers Detailing the Scrutiny Errors and Diagnosed Quality Issues

- submit Monitoring Formats and Update Project Coordinator On Status of Work At Specified Intervals

- monitoring Dispatches of Blank Forms to the Field and Receipt of Completed Forms to Ho

- hold Two-weekly Meetings with Cc,Ds and Ve

- maintain Administration and Accounts Reports and Registers

- handle Community Related Issues On Immediate Basis

- overall In-charge for Coordinating with the Data Entry Team Submission of Forms, Responding to Data Related Queries, Update On Data Entry Status and Planning for Prints and Data Collection
