BASIC SCOPE OF WORK :-

To organize and directly supervise the activities of steel repair work ON-BOARD.

To ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times of work.

WORK TO BE PERFORMED :-

Report to Site Incharge

Receive instructions from Site Incharge

Meet Shipyard Supervisor ON-BOARD and study the job

Assist Site Incharge for preparation of work schedules

Give work intruction to work force

To fulfill the schedule of work

To ensure quality of work carried out is maintained to the required level

To ensure safety requirements are fulfilled before starting the job and also

during the work

Get the work inspected after the completion of the job

To ensure Proper drowning and dimension

To ensure Proper Cutting , Granding, Fitting and Tac Welding

To ensure should be work in on board, Inside the tank and Workshop

Report daily progress to Shipyard ON-BOARD supervisor

Report daily progress to Site Manager to update the detailed repair program.

EXPERIENCE :- Minimum 3 years L & T experience in Ship Building & Repair.

Salary :- Salary Grade B 100 BHD ( Bahrain Dinar )

Allowance 10 BHD

Overtime Provided (3 Hours)

Air tickets Provided by company

Accommodation Provided by company

Labour Market Regulatory Authority(LMRA Visa Charges) Tax Provided by company

Social Insurance Organization Tax Provided by company

Electricity and Water Provided by company

Medical Provided by company

2 Years Contract.

Salary C Grade 90

Allowance 10

Same as all of the above provided

Note: If grade C successfully completes probation period of 3 months ;

and is eligible to grade B. The company will do the necessary upgrade.
