1. Supervisor shall be well versed in MIG/MAG, SAW, GTAW, and SMAW process.

2. Hands on experience of measuring is desired.

3. Person must have leadership quality to run a fabrication shop independently.

4.. Person must be well versed in engineering drawing and symbol. Person must be capable enough to generate material requirement from drawing

5- Experience for material handling is required.
