to Increase the Customer Base (both Corporate and Retail).

managing Distribution Channels & Developing Strong Relationship with Them, Which Should Help Increase Penetration of Hdfc Pension among Nps Customers Sourced By Them.

going On Corporate Calls and Tie Up with Them for Corporate Nps, Implementing Nps in the Corporates.

conducting Nps Awareness Sessions for Corporate Employees.

managing On Going Relationships with Corporates and Increase Penetration.

imparting Training On Regular Basis to all the Distribution Channels.

preferred Profile:

good Understanding of Investment Products and Strong Analytical Skills.

aggressive and Good in Channel Management Skills.

should Possess Good Communication Skills.

2 - 3 Years of Exposure in Corporate Sales, if Mba. in Case of Non Mba, 4 - 5 Years of Exposure in Corporate Sales Primarily in Channel / Dealer Management.

should Be Well Versed with Local Area and Language Including Working Culture.

proven Ability to Manage and Prioritise a Case/ Work Load, Meet Deadlines and Work in a Pressurised Environment.

proven Ability to Analyse and Prepare Detailed Reports for Senior Managers, Management, Board, Regulator and Various Councils On Trends.
