Company: We are actively seeking an IT Security Specialist to join our robust cybersecurity team, dedicated to defending our organization's computer systems and networks from potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Role:

Devise and execute comprehensive IT security strategies to safeguard digital assets and infrastructure.

Continuously monitor security platforms for abnormal activities, potential threats, and swiftly respond to any security breaches or incidents.

Perform regular security evaluations and audits to detect and mitigate system weaknesses.

Develop and enforce robust security protocols and guidelines for data protection, network access control, and disaster recovery.

Educate and train employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of security awareness.

Stay at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements, including emerging threats and the latest preventive technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.

Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.

Extensive experience in key areas of IT security, including but not limited to network defense, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.

In-depth knowledge of current IT risks and a proven track record in implementing effective security solutions.

Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various teams.
