2-proven Experience in Executing Construction Related Projects with At-least 3-4 Successful Projects

3-well-versed in all Construction Methodologies & Procedures

4-sound Knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety Standards Related to Construction Industry

5-ability to Coordinate with a Team of Cross-functional Professionals to Achieve the Project Goals Within Time, Quality and Cost.

6-good Analytical, Organizational Skills

7-excellent Communication Skills in Hindi/english Both Written and Spoken

detailed Requirements:-

1-collaborate with Engineers, Architects Etc. to Determine the Specifications of the Project

2-negotiate Contracts with External Vendors to Reach Profitable Agreements

3-obtain Permits and Licenses from Appropriate Authorities

4-determine Resource Requirement (manpower, Equipment and Materials) from Start to Finish with Attention to Budgetary Constraints

5-ability to Plan all Construction Operations & Schedule Intermediate Phases to Ensure Deadlines are Met

6-acquire Equipment and Material and Monitor Stocks to Timely Handle Inadequacies

7-hire Contractors and other Staff and Allocate Responsibilities

8-supervise the Work of Laborers, Mechanics Etc. and Guide Them as Required
