minimum of 5 years of working experience in reputed construction company with a pre requisite to stay at Site .( Nive Mulshi)

Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar

Project management and supervision skills

BE/ME in Civil Engineering & have to Manage project, design, develop, create and maintain projects

Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)

Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications

Assess material and labour costs

Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems

Monitor progress of projects

Prepare Project reports

Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials

Lodging & Boarding shall be provided.
