Job Description -

1. Over all basic understanding of Utility services, mainly Boiler Operation.

2. Understanding of process flow of Boiler and steam supply.

3. To provide uninterrupted steam supply for production/process requirement.

4. Safe operation of Boiler at optimum efficiency for a 5 TPH Boiler.

5. Support to maintain critical spares.

6. Ensures timely & effective operation of Boilers and its accessories.

7. Effectively Perform preventive, predictive maintenance for optimum machine performance at minimum cost.

8. Attend breakdown, if any.

9. Update of issues and concerns with respect to Boiler to the area owner

10. Compliance with ,boiler act ,GMP and site QMS systems

1st Class Boiler Attendant certificate qualification in relevant discipline (ITI) with at least 3years experience working in an animal feed manufacturing environment.
