A background in messaging and voice technologies including Office 365, Exchange, for Business and / or Teams
Migration and coexistence experience with all currently supported versions of Exchange
Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to Office 365
Experience managing and remediating Active Directory items that prevent a migration to Office 365
Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios
Experience with third-party migration tools from companies like Dell
Hands-on experience with cloud identity and security technologies including EMS, Federation Services, and Azure AD Connect
Hands-on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including hybrid Office 365 configuration
Expert-level Power Shell capabilities
Experience in project management technologies and process
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction via timely delivery and high-quality results
