Passenger assistance: Welcoming passengers, answering questions, and assisting passengers with luggage

Baggage handling: Checking in baggage, stamping luggage, and loading and unloading baggage

Ticketing: Selling airline tickets, making reservations, and issuing tickets.

Safety: Monitoring safety procedures and providing stairs for passengers and flight crew to board and exit the plane

Other duties: Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children, handling issues due to late or early departures and arrivals, and indicating taxi spots for pilots.
