Job Summary

Passing of accounting entries in Tally (Receipts and Payments Voucher)
Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers)
Bank payment and receipt entries
Handling cash and bank transactions
Working knowledge of income tax (TDS), GST, Professional tax
Maintaining petty cash book
Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable bills
Vendor account reconciliations
Payroll administration
Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial records
Preparation of salary statement (ESI, PF and Professional Tax)
Preparing pay slips for the employees
Monthly collection and filing

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Diploma/Graduate Preferred

Professionals with right attitude and experience are welcome

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Colleges/Educational/Institutions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 18,000.00 to 25,000.00 /month

Experience:

Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
