The minimum duration of executive programme is 10 months, according to the institution regulations, but it may extend as per the institution. The exams are held twice each year, usually on the same dates. A candidate opt this course after completing the foundation programme or can directly take admission after completing graduation. Some of the subjects are Company Law, Cost and Management Accounting, Company Accounts and Auditing Practices and Capital Markets and Securities Laws.

Professional programme counts in the third level. Its minimum duration is 10 months, but it may extend as per the institution. Some of the subjects are Company Secretarial Practice, Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings, Financial, Treasury and Forex management, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency and Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade.
