Overview
We are looking for a person to join our team as Quality Analyst. We have various clients and projects, and you will be involved in coaching, training, managing agents to work to the best abilities and drive performance for our US clients. The clients we support are on the cutting edge of various new technologies
The role requires a dynamic and a mature person whose primary role is to audit calls, give feedback to associates based on their quality scores and analysis.
The role will also have you working on reports, one on one and group feedback as well as training.
The role requires a person to be:
- Quality Analyst for at least a year on papers.
- He/ She must have given regular one on one feedback to agents as well as to the overall team whenever needed.
- He/ She must be mature, capable to give and receive feedback and analyze the data from the QA reports.
- Should be well versed in excel.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- Should have worked in an International call center process.
- Graduates preferred.
- Experience in work force management will be an additional bonus.
