What we need you to do: Lead Generation: tele-calling prospects and regular follow-up for conversion Handle Queries: Provide first level counseling to students and parents Manage and engage walk-ins: working towards converting them into admission/ enrollment Support business development and marketing activities: Prepare presentations/ info decks for participation in seminars/ related activities Manage marketing related activities Build, update and maintain records, database in MS Excel Plan and coordinate counseling and training sessions Work with the students on their entire application processing life-cycle admission guidance, career counselling, application preparation and test preparation Train the students on the app for ensuring all activities are regularly updated on the app and real-time status is reflected Create status updates and plan for follow-up/ engagement activities Achieve lead generation, query handling, enrollment and quality of service targets as assigned What you should know: Experience in education/ college admission counseling including tele-counseling Excellent English communication skills What we offer: If you achieve the assigned KRAs, you have an excellent opportunity to grow in this organization.
