Overview
The Chennai store is positioned to be a display space of 2,500 sft and the principal endaevour of MOTIF is to illustrate the quality, style and excellence of furniture to the prospective clients. While it is intended to be a retail environment, we expect our Store Manager to interact with professionals such as Interior Designers, Architects, etc.
In addition to this, the Store Manager will also have to represent the brand in trade shows both in and around India and abroad. The remuneration would be based on a tier system wherein a basic retainer will be paid on a monthly basis and an annual retainer on commissions not exceeding 1.5% of gross sale during the year.
We are looking for young and enthusiastic person who has some basic knowledge about furniture and design. They will have to undertake an orientation program in New Delhi (arranged by the company) for a week before joining. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point) and above average English communication skills are required also.
