Selected intern's responsibilities include:
1. Carry out extensive market research to supplement the growth of the company
2. Research on potential partners across the world, industries & innovations in the industry
3. Work on the execution and idea generation for social media initiatives undertaken by the marketing team
4. Develop an email marketing strategy with the marketing team to serve the bespoke and production divisions
5. Participate in marketing workshops with the team to come up with creative communication strategies
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align initiatives like the sales toolkit and sales processes
An ideal candidate would have:
1. Impeccable oral and written communication skills
2. Proactiveness and ability to develop industry-specific understanding through desk research
3. Expertise in multiple social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing platforms (like MailChimp)
4. Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects within specified timeframes
5. Coordination across different functions on relevant projects
6. Curiosity and knowledge about Indian culture
