Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned MARKET.
Maintain contact with all clients in market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsible for justification set by the organization.
Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products.
Managing sales team and motivating them for meeting sales targets
Managing site visits and closing sales with customers.
Maintain activity records in Company\'s CRM modules daily.
To play an active role in handling potential customers during Sales events.
To be able to coherently explain project features to potential customers from varied backgrounds
