We are building next generation systems to improve the quality of life formillions of users spanned across 14+ countries.Job Description:Must have years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support / SRE, andshould be ready to work in a 24 X 7 support environmentAbility to write basic SQL queries.Must have lead support teams of L1, L2, SMEs in any technology operations environment thatpractices ITIL and SRE principlesMust be hands on with Unix Commands, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, NOSQLMust be hands on with observability tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar toolsMust be hands on with analyzing logs, thread dumps, heap dumps etc.Good understanding of microservices architectureWorking knowledge of Dockers, KubernetesAwareness of Release, Change, Problem and Incident management processesStrong written and verbal communication skills is must
