This role requires significant leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and proven ability to sell large volumes in rural markets.
Adding Dealers and Distributor network, Building Rapport with Farmers
Promoting better management practices to improve aquaculture Productivity and profits and improve Life standards of farmers

Responsible for selling Aquaculture products
Strategic Marketing & sales development for aquaculture business
Technically sound to convince farmers
Ability to provide trials
Direct marketing Techniques for large accounts
Corporate Brand Development
Customer Relationship Management
Market Research
He shall be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating himself, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sale promotion strategies
Qualifications and Skills
Graduation In Fisheries Is Preferred (Graduate Is A Must Have) B. F. Sc. / M. F. Sc. / M. Sc. - Microbiology / Marine Biotech /Aquaculture
Preferred candidates with experience in direct sales / field sales
Graduates/Fresher from other streams willing to make career in direct sales / field sales can also apply
Note: Candidates should have their Own Vehicle & Driving Licence.
