Job Description

• handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.

• relationship Building with Employees and Branch Managers of the Concerned Bank and to Keep Them Motivated for Business Generation

• increase Sales of Insurance Products Through Assigned Bank Branch and Devising Plans to Increase Insurance Sales Through Banc Staff and Customers

• getting Leads from Allotted Bank Branch and Source Business Through Direct Marketing Techniques.

• support Branch Employees in Their Sales Effort, in Terms of Generating Benefit Illustrations, Accompanying On Client Calls if Required, Etc

• spearhead all Lead Generation Initiative from the Bank Whether Through Walk-in, Data-mining, Referrals and Others.

joint Calls with Bank Branch Staff for Sales of Insurance Products.

• training of Branch Employees On a Regular Basis On Insurance Products.
