JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Trainee Software Developer

Front-End and Backend Developer with the art of design and the art of programming. Responsibilities will include the coding frontend in Angular, javascript and backend in NodeJs and javascript to create various elements of the web apps, taking an active role on both sides.

JOB TYPE: Full Time, Fresher

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with angular and javascript frameworks.

Work with responsive design and grid frameworks for cross-browser compatibility such as Bootstrap or Foundation.

Optimize the Web Apps for maximum speed and scalability.

Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and filing

Other tasks as directed

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times

SKILLS:

Understanding of HTML, CSS and design skills

Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript.

Knowledge of NoSQL and NodeJs.

Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.

QUALIFICATION:

BE/BTech (CS/IT),MCA 2018, 2019 with 60% throughout academics.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

Complete tasks on time

Technical skills;

The quality of your work (number of bugs, client feedback, code review feedback)

Communication skills (taking actions in your team and doing the follow up for those)

Internal processes (including tools)

Tasks handling (internal and external communication, bug handling)

Documentation (including code documentation, external documentation if available)

Development documents (having good and up to date documents for requirements or architecture/implementation specifications)

Direct value added to the company or to the project
