Immediate requirement for a store supervisor for retail cold storage includes.

Overall supervision & management of store operations including, merchandise functions, operations,marketing & promotional functions, safety & security and staff management.

Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. Inventory management and record keeping, including returning, pricing, and labeling supplies

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and account for reimbursements and record keeping

Manage store operational requirements like directing, assigning. Training employees; following up on work results.

Identifies current and future customer requirements and understand service requirements.

Secures merchandise and staff by implementing security systems and measures.

Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

Supports determination of marketing and selling strategy, by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
