Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure compliance of all corporate policies related to slimming with feedback to R&D.

2. To ensure that the canter achieves quality executions according to the parameters given by R & D. To co-ordinate with R & D for any guidance regarding the same.

3. To organize periodic meetings with Technical Heads to review and resolve concerns.

4. To randomly check documents and software entries during Centre visits.

5. To ensure maximum utilization of infrastructure.

6. To adhere to monthly movement plan designed by R&D with support of Regional VP.

7. To monitor the service delivery according to the parameters assigned by R&D.

8. To counsel USR clients during visit to the center and coordinate with corporate for further technical Inputs as and when required.

9. To monitor validities for calculations and informing the Corporate for any deviation.

10. To ensure that the regular follow ups being done for the drop outs and USIR clients.

11. To resolve customer complaints and send the feedback on the same to Corporate Office.

12. To ensure that the vacant positions are tracked accurately and are filled in coordination with Corporate Resource and to conduct preliminary Technical Interviews of candidates in case of vacancy.

13. To be responsible for effective execution of training and the induction at the regional level along with training co-ordinator.

14. To ensure weekly progress reports are sent to Corporate Office as per the defined timelines prepared by Center Heads at the center level.

15. To ensure technical audit being done during their center visit and delegate/support into the action and send the reports to Corporate Resource.

*To provide support to the weak centers of their zone as and how the need will be interms of training, staff recruitment, sales support, induction, grooming of the staff, service delivery, improvement of OSR in order to increase the overall sales of the center.
