Responsibility

1. Write clean and well-designed code.

2. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the product software and database to ensure strong optimization.

3. Contribute to all phases of development.

4. Follow industry best practices.

5. May lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.

6. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.

7. Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.

8. Review codes written by other members of the team and suggest improvements.

Skills

1. Proven software development experience in any PHP MVC framework(preferred Symfony/Laravel).

2. Good understanding of open source projects.

3. Good knowledge of non-RDBMS(preferred MongoDB/PostgreSQL), version controls(GIT) and developing web services.

4. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.

5. Experience with building restful JSON web services.

6. Familiar running an NGINX web server.

7. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

8. Knowledge of building REST APIs.

9. Knowledge of any cache, message broker/in-memory data structure store(preferred Redis).
