Overhauling of all types of centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, rotary pumps and diaphragm pumps. The equipment manufacturers are- KSB, Sulzer, Kirloskar, Antico, Flow-chem, Goulds etc.

2. Overhauling of Reciprocating compressors (I H I Make, Burckhardt).

3. Overhauling of simple and compound gear boxes such as spur gear boxes, single helical/ double helical gear boxes, worm and worm wheel type gear boxes of manufactures such as Greaves India.

4. Overhauling and maintenance of various types of material handling equipments such as screw conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators etc.

5. Well-conversant with all types of mechanical seals such as single seals, double seals, bellows type seals, cartridge seals from various manufactures such as John Crane, Eagle Bergmann, Dura-Metallic and Flowserve etc.

6. Rich hands on experience of working on Valves, boiler, coolers, column, vessels, dampers, tanks heaters, heat exchangers such as Shell & Tube type, Plate Type Heat Exchanger (PHE), Fins type coolers etc.

7. Excellent experience in erection, commissioning and pre-commissioning of rotating and static equipments.

8. Alignment of pumps, compressors and turbines suiting Hot and Cold condition by:

Rim and Face Method

Reverse dial indicator Method

Laser method (Optical align Plus / fixer laser make).
