Coordinating with suppliers on NCRs

To resolve any technical queries arise on quotes and ensure to convert the quote into order with assistance of external sales/ supervisors

Responsible for selection and evaluation of external providers based on selection/ evaluation criteria

Generates the purchase order based on customers order or purchase requisitions with Wika group companies or external providers. The purchase order shall include specifications, price, delivery terms and other related information

Enter the purchase order in Axapta system within 3 working days from the receipt of technically and commercially clear order from the customer. Save the customer purchase order copy in the sales order file in Axapta

Reviews the Non-Conforming Product Report raised by warehouse/ QC

Track and report key functional metrics to improve purchasing
