Manager Land Survey

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should have strong knowledge of Topographical survey (Revenue Survey)

Preparation of boundary layout (Tippani), Amenities, park, Nala, Bailas, Roads and identify Karaab land etc. as per Revenue Survey (Kannada Terminology)

Working alongside the HOD in developing residential layout designs from inception to completion.

Finalization of boundaries based on survey records and physical land survey.

Creating a survey sketch based on the physical survey and revenue records.

Preliminary Layout Design (Master Plan) in AutoCAD in accordance with Zonal Regulations, Planning Authorities, and Government Norms (for example, BDA, BMRDA, MUDA, BIAAPA)

Coordination with the Liaison team and preparation of modification plan as and when required.
