Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to manage the software development life cycle, from

planning and prioritizing to testing and release.

Senior Java Developer responsibilities include gathering system and user requirements, building Java

modules and testing features before release.

Responsibilities

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications

Identify and analyze user requirements

Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

Develop Java EE applications

Write well-designed, efficient code

Review, test and debug team members code

Design database architecture

Schedule product releases with internal teams

Document development phases

Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

2-5 Years Exp.

Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems

Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications

In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC

Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

Good delegation and time management skills

Problem-solving abilities

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java

F Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Play and Spark

Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks (such as Swing, SWT, and AWT)

Knack for writing clean, readable Java code
