The Factory Floor Manager Will have to Oversee the Workers and the Equipment the Labours Operate On the Factory Floor. the Individual Will Be Responsible for Contributing to and Carrying Out Production Strategy Decisions. Preference Would Be Given to the Candidates with Experience as Managers in Manufacturing Units and the Candidates Who have Practical & Technical Knowledge of Factory, Managing Labours & Increasing Production Efficiency. the Job Requires the Individual to Be On Their Toes Every Time and have the Skill to Control Labors to Increase Efficiency and Effectiveness of Production. the Candidate Should have Sound Knowledge of Ms Excel.
