Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the brand's online business on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Paytm,etc
Creating and uploading catalogs for various online marketplaces as per the company's requirements.
Maintaining site inventory ensuring that all adds, deletes and adjustments are updated according to established specifications and time frames.
Running daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales and inventory. Providing insightful, clear and relevant analysis that can provide opportunities and solve problems.
Managing the brand's own website.
Assisting in planning/coordination of products for advertising and promotion.
Daily Order Processing on various portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, Snapdeal, etc
Processing and analyzing customer returns in order to improve performance.
Skills and Experience
Sound knowledge of website management and E-Commerce usability.
Excellent communication skills. Good spoken and written English is a must.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in E-Commerce is mandatory.
Previous experience in fashion is an added bonus.
Salary: INR 10000- 15000 month.
