To make running bills periodically based on measurements taken.

To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and show measurements taken to the above mentioned authorities.

To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.

To maintain consumption details for all non tendered items.

To work out required quantities for all item as required for the purchase department for ordering out materials to suppliers.

To prepare necessary drawings to justify measurements taken.
