Job Summary:
As a Telesales Representative at our real estate design and build company, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, calling prospective customers, and converting leads into sales. You will provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients, and you will be responsible for meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers by phone to introduce them to our products and services.
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through calling and CRM campaigns.
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Understand and communicate the unique features and benefits of our products and services.
Explain the sales process to customers and answer their questions about our products and services.
Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve departmental goals.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or business development experience, min 1 yr
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of real estate and/or construction industry is preferred.
