  • Roles & Responsibilities:rnrnShould have good experience in handling clients and should have achieved a good number of sales. Preferably someone with experience in selling individual homes/villas.rnrnShould have good communication skills. Good command in English and Tamil are mandatory. Should have decent writing skills as well.rnrnThe sales executive will be given leads. He will be meeting the clients who visit the site and he should also make appointments with the clients with the help of telecallers / himself and go meet the clients at their workplace or home and take the booking.rnrnThe candidate should have a friendly, positive attitude. He must be team player.rnBike mandatory. Male candidate required.rnrnShould have basic computer skills such as using email, Google sheets, MS Office, etc.rnrnDesired Candidate Profile:rnrnEducation : Any UG /PGrnExperience : 2-7 years in construction/real estaternSalary : Negotiable up to 30,000rnBenefits : Salary + Actual petrol allowance+ IncentivesrnNumber of Candidates : 10rnrnGender : Male
