OYO Rooms Pvt Ltd: Job Details :
Basic Role & Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Executives would be working on-ground with promoters to activate more promoters in the system & enable bookings through them.
Each Sales Executive would have a span of 150-200 promoters in the steady state. This span may be more in the beginning.
Key Metrics for the Sales Executive:
- Total number of active promoters
- URNs/month
Activities the Sales Executive would be conducting:
- Ensure he meets every promoter atleast once every week
- Telecalling 20 promoters everyday
- Attend union meetings of promoters
- Make atleast 5 customer bookings with a promoter daily (the entire booking process)
- Hold weekly R&R meetings with promoters
- Ensure updated communication of new properties, new schemes, and incentives
- Be the SPOC for all payment-related, property-related help promoters need
Compensation:
Fixed salary: 9-11k/month
Variable: Up-to 5k/month
Typical Profile:
- Educational Qualification: Should have atleast completed 12th class
- Previous sales experience, preferably, a distribution experience with a Telecom/FMCG company
- Should have an arrangement to travel (Preferably owns a two-wheeler)
- Should be used to working towards targets
- Know-how of local language is a must
