Overview

Duties - 80% to get the schools adopt and sign up for Mylestone - 10% to bring competitive intelligence and customer insights to the marketing team - 10% to identify scope of and conceptualize marketing events for brand building. Responsibilities Create database/ sales pipeline from Schools and other relevant sources Meets the Principals, Coordinators and management Personals of schools for Business generation Contribute to furtherance of the core philosophy and promise of the programme. Own the brand in his territory, and its positioning across local channels like distributors, print media Prior Experience - Must have 2+ years of experience in Education Sales facing school owners - Must have an orientation towards performance, along with exceptional work ethics Skills (Acquired) - Should have an understanding of school sales process and triggers, barriers - Should have bias for quality ALONG WITH a sense of urgency and respect for timeliness - Should be organized and detail oriented (readily articulate how many, when, what budget etc) - Should be a multitasker by nature Competencies (Innate) - Should be a problem solver (Instead of wondering wish I had xyz , should demand let s get this ) - Should be an excellent communicator (can express complex concepts in simple words) - Understand the audience well (imagine explaining the same concept to affluent school kids vs rural school
